On June 1, 2015 (Monday), Axel van Trotsenburg, World Bank East Asia and Pacific Regional Vice President, and his delegation visited the I-Vision Center in G-Tower. The visit took place during the Korea Week program marking the 60th anniversary of Korea’s membership in the World Bank and provided an opportunity to review the development achievements and investment environment of the Incheon Free Economic Zone. The delegation toured the promotional exhibition and examined major development projects, including international business functions, advanced industries, and the global residential environment centered on Songdo International City. The World Bank is an international development finance institution that supports economic growth and poverty reduction in developing countries.
