On October 8, 2021 (Friday), the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ) held a networking event between the contractors of the Cheongna Sky Bridge (Third Link Bridge) project and local construction companies in Incheon, and signed a win-win cooperation agreement.The event was attended by approximately 40 companies, including POSCO E&C, the contractor for Section 2 of the Cheongna Sky Bridge project, Hanwha Engineering & Construction, the contractor for Section 1, as well as local specialty contractors, materials suppliers, and companies holding new technologies and patents. Participating companies shared information on their construction experience and construction methods.Through this event, IFEZ aims to reflect the technical proposals of local companies with advanced technologies and patented construction methods in the project design, and to register highly capable specialty contractors as partner companies. By expanding participation in this way, IFEZ aims to increase the subcontracting rate of local companies related to the Cheongna Sky Bridge project to more than 76 percent.
