On January 25, 2007, POSCO E&C held a groundbreaking ceremony for POSCO E&C's Songdo office building in Songdo International Business District. POSCO E&C's Songdo office building will be built in the Songdo International Business District and will be built in the form of a twin tower with 37 stories above ground and four stories below ground.
